3. Meat 



Yakisoba is most frequently made with a thinly sliced pork belly. It not only gives the noodles a ton of flavor but also provides some fat that prevents them from clinging to one another. Cooking Instructions



1. First, prepare the sauce, mix all of the ingredients for the yakisoba sauce in a bowl. Place aside.

2. Boil the Yakisoba noodles according to the directions on the package. As soon as the noodles are cooked through, drain them and give them a thorough rinse in cold water while swirling the noodles with your fingers. Drop the pre-cooked yakisoba noodles with both hands, then swiftly yank them back up to wring out as much water as possible. Toss the cooked noodles with two teaspoons of vegetable oil to keep them from sticking to one another.

3. Heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan or skillet before stir-frying the chicken and vegetables. Cook the chicken pieces until golden brown. Cook the carrots and onion slices for an additional 2 minutes or until the onion softens. Add the green onions, cabbage, and mushrooms. Combine everything and cook for a further minute.

4. Finish the dish by adding the Yakisoba noodles to the wok and then adding the sauce. Use tongs to toss everything together. 2 more minutes of cooking are required to reheat the noodles fully.

5. Serve immediately!
