Can I customize the crate?
We are happy to inform you that for orders of 1,000 or more crates, we can provide you with a custom-made crate that perfectly reflects your preferences, including incorporating your logo.
This service incurs an additional charge of $5 per crate. Please note that we need 3 weeks of lead time.
Finally, while we can customize the crate, we cannot personalize the items inside it.
Can I choose a multi-month subscription?
We offer the option of a multi-month subscription for your convenience. Whether you prefer a one-time purchase or a monthly recurring gift subscription for a duration of 3, 6, or 12 months, we are equipped to cater to your corporate needs.

How much lead time do you require?
The timing of your order is dependent on its scale. For orders of 50 boxes or less, kindly provide us with a minimum notice of 2 weeks prior to your desired delivery date.
However, for larger orders of 50 boxes or more, we require a notice of at least 4 weeks prior to the delivery date.
Can the crates be delivered directly to the team?
Absolutely! We are dedicated to ensuring a seamless shipping process for you and your team. Our straightforward process involves completing a simple form, which can be filled out either by yourself or by individual team members.
From there, we will manage all shipping logistics, allowing you to sit back and relax while we handle the details.
