JAPAN CRATE’S SURVEY RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Japan Crate’s Survey Raffle Challenge (the “Contest”) starts on November 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PT”) and ends on November 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of Contest registration. Employees, officers, directors of Japan Crate Acquisitions, LLC (“Sponsor”), and its respective parent entity, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, promotion, and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, participate in the survey and submit your email address. By doing so, you will be entered into the raffle for a chance to win the Japan Crate 12-month subscription.

RAFFLE WINNER DETERMINATION: At the conclusion of the Contest Period, a winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Contest Period. Potential winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within three (3) days of the date appearing on the prize notification.

Any potential winner of a prize or combination of prizes valued at $600 or more will also be sent, via email, an IRS W9 Form. Return of notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

PRIZE: The winner will receive a Japan Crate 12-month subscription. All prizes must be redeemed within three (3) days of the date appearing on the prize notification email.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Contest or their acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or undelivered entries. Tampering with the Contest, the website, or violating these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

ARBITRATION: As a condition of participating in this Contest, entrant agrees to any and all disputes arising out of this Contest being resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues related to this Contest will be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
