How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping within the United States usually takes 3 - 5 business days. Canada, between 7 - 10 business days and for all other countries between 10 - 20 business days.
Please take note that your package will be shipped either from our distribution center within the US or Japan depending on which country you are located.
To know more about the status of your crate, please track the package using the tracking link that we provide upon shipping your crate.
When does my crate ship?
We try our best to fulfill your crates as soon as possible!
Depending on the amount of orders and when you subscribe, it can take between 3 - 10 business days to fulfill your order.
We usually begin shipping crates from the 10th of the previous month of the crate you ordered. (i.e. February crate will start shipping out from January 10). And we normally ship out every other day from there.

Which service do you use to ship boxes?
Crates deliver within the US via USPS.
All other countries ship via Express global delivery service and once it reaches your country, local couriers will take care of the final delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
We’re excited to offer Free Worldwide Shipping! However, there are some areas around the world that require a shipping fee of $9.95. Please fill in your shipping address at checkout to see if you may incur a fee.

Can you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?

What's your return policy?
It is in our policy that subscriptions must be canceled prior to the billing date or they will renew for another month. Since crates contain perishable food items, once your subscription renews and your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or accept a returned crate for a refund. If you choose to send back your crate, please be aware that a refund will not be issued.

What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?
Please reach out about any damaged or missing items, we would love to help make it right for you! We would just need you to write in about these within 40 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items.
